Versatile Dunedin was recently purchased by Paul Steiner who brings a strong background in customer service and business management, he has a great passion and drive for the Versatile Homes and Buildings brand and is looking forward to working with you on your next project.

He has a fantastic dedicated professional team working with him:

• Neville Pickering as Sales Consultant selling the whole range of Versatile products from garages, sleepouts and farm buildings to Classic series homes - Call Neville on 021 190 4224.
• Dianne Tosh joined the team in February 2013 as their Homes Sales Consultant specialising in Inspire series homes - Call Dianne on 027 455 0493.
• Trevor Wilson has been with the team since September 2006 in the role of Contract Manager. Trevor makes sure everything happens onsite when it should.
• Georgie Christie joined the team in June 2013 as a part-time Office Manager.
• Brent Dewar joined the team in November 2015 as our Health & Safety/Contracts Manager.
• Jenny Pitcaithly joined the team in July 2015 as the Receptionist/Administration and she makes everything happen in the office.

Versatile Dunedin also has a great team of contractors, many who have been with the Dunedin franchise for more than 20 years. The contractors offer a wealth of experience and expertise to ensure your build runs smoothly.

We have recently built a new show home at 20 Ayreshire Drive, Highland Park, Mosgiel. This is open from 12pm - 4pm Saturday and Sunday or by appointment.
