Versatile Dunedin has a fantastic team culture.

Our friendly experienced team members are as enthusiastic and passionate about the building project as you are.

At the heart of our team is our owner operator Vanessa Geddes. She takes great passion and pride in our brand, this together with her savvy business acumen will ensure you get the best value for your investment.

Nic Blackford, Sales Consultant, will use his building background and technical knowledge to ensure your new home, building or garage is perfect for your needs.

You'll be guided through your build by Contracts Manager Jeff Wilson. Jeff is a licensed builder with extensive building experience and knowledge with exceptional attention to detail and is proud to always ensure a high quality of finishing.

Our Sales and Contracts Co-ordinator, Linda Sluyter has an extensive customer service background, and is highly organised. She keeps everything ticking over smoothly.

We are very fortunate to have a great team of experienced contractors who work for us (some contractors have been with the Versatile Dunedin for over 35 years). The team take great pride in their workmanship and will go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional outcome for your new Versatile home or building.
