  • Sales Consultant – Buildings, Sleepouts and Versapods - Bay of Plenty

    We’re on the lookout for a Sales Professional to join our team based in Tauranga.

    What will you be doing in this role?

    • Working proactively with customers and potential customers to deliver an outstanding experience every time.
    • Preparing accurate quotes and costings for customers and internal teams.
    • Keeping customer and council records up to date and well-organised.
    • Some travel will be required to meet with customers and visit project sites.

     

    What will you need to succeed in this role?

    • Experience or exposure to the building or construction industry.
    • A track record of success in customer-facing sales roles.
    • A positive attitude and a can-do approach.
    • Strong attention to detail with numbers and documentation.
    • The ability to manage multiple customers at different stages of the sales cycle—calmly and professionally.

    Versatile Wairarapa is seeking a contract builder to join their team. This position will involve building the Versatile range of buildings, and/or pole sheds. A focus on attention to detail, health & safety, and project/team management are key to the success of this role. Having your own tools and vehicle are also required.

  • Wanganui - Builder/Contract Manager

To support our growth aspirations and strong enquiry levels, we are seeking a highly motivated Builder/Contract Manager for the Building side of the business to join our top team and take an active role in our future success - a success that will become your success.

    This is a hybrid role that blends on-site leadership with office-based project management. You’ll manage garage build projects from start to finish, coordinating builds, liaising with contractors and clients, and ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and to a high standard. When needed, you’ll also jump on the tools, so a practical, can-do attitude is essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage garage build projects from start to finish
    • Coordinate trades, materials, and timelines
    • Maintain quality control and site safety
    • Assist with on-site work as needed

     

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Strong organisational and communication skills
    • Experience in construction or project management
    • Willingness to be hands-on when required
    • Reliable, proactive, and team-focused
