Versatile New Plymouth have a fantastic new display site now open! This site features a mono-pitch office building based on the Arrowtown home plan, a large garage/workshop, double garage and a lifestyler Garage/Sleepout building.
The Versatile New Plymouth franchise has been owned by Mike and Maree since 2014. They both have a wealth of experience and are excited to work with you on your next project, large or small.
Mike has built numerous spec homes over the past few years and has a great understanding of the home building process from start to finish. His experience and project planning skills will ensure your build process runs smoothly and is hassle free. "Having been through the building process many times recently, I know how stressful it can be, but with the right planning in place we make sure our customers have a great experience every time " says Mike.
Maree has over eight years’ experience with the Versatile brand and this experience coupled with her background in administration and business management means running her own business comes naturally.

I required several non-standard features such as complete separation of the two garages to stop wood dust migration, a non-standard colour cladding, 2.7 meter stud, eaves on all sides, a quality glass panel in each sectional door, and all glass with grey tint.
The Versatile team from sales through to builder and subcontractors provided a great service, working safely and all kept a very tidy work site.
A cladding quality issue occurred during the build and Versatile, without issue, replaced the cladding.
I am very happy with the garage Versatile New Plymouth built for me and endorse them to provide a building solution for you, be it standard or non-standard
