All Versapod™ Range included specifications are based on current product availability and are subject to change. In the event a specified product is not available at the time of purchase, then an equivalent alternative product will be supplied.

EXCLUSIONS

·        The items below are not included in the advertised price due to site and location variability.

·        Excavation, earthworks required to prepare site or landscaping.

·        Foundation work, i.e. as required from geotech report, i.e. engineered fill required.

·        Connections to services – power, fibre, water, sewer, stormwater drainage connections.

·        Geotech tests or surveyor fees.

·        Coastal or corrosion zones may incur additional cost to the base, according to sea-spray requirements.

·        Additional appliances – microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine.

·        Freight not included.

·        Local council consent or resource consent application fees are excluded.

·        Code of Compliance Certification is based on full construction management handled by Versatile.
