Versatile Homes and Buildings Wellington is owned and operated by Mark and Tania Scott.

Mark and Tania have been Versatile franchises for over ten years and they, along with their team, have an excellent understanding of their local market.

Prior to being a franchisee, Mark was a Branch Manager for 2 years.

They are on hand to assist you with your building requirements and can take care of all details, from initial site consultations and advice, to building consents and anything else you may require for your finished project.

Versatile offered a service that I found hard to find from others

When we decided to build a sleep-out on my daughter's property, I spent a lot of time investigating the best way to do this. This included looking at floor-plans and the process of getting the project completed. I was still working and because of that I needed to go with someone I could trust to complete the job to a high standard without me having to manage the build and the various trades people to achieve this.

Versatile offered a service that I found hard to find from others. Their plans had some great variety and with a few changes I could find a plan that suited my requirements.

From the time I started talking to Craig the sales person until the final sign off I felt absolute confidence in what I would get for the final product. The builders were always friendly when we turned up on site as were the other trades people. Mark suggested we look at the show home at Whitby and this helped greatly with some final choices - thanks Tania.

The sub-contractors such as the kitchen fit out were also very helpful and well prepared by the Versatile team.

We are very happy in our 50 square meters and we appreciate the stress free process it was using Versatile at Plimmerton.
