Versatile Tauranga is owned and operated by Garry and Luanne Bettelheim.

Both born and raised in Tauranga they have a passion for the region having seen its substantial growth over a number of years while operating in the building industry.

Garry holds a Bachelor of Management Studies from Waikato University and has vast experience working for multi-national corporations, this combined with 25 years in the building industry while operating his own residential building companies provides an excellent platform to ensure the management of your project is smooth.

Luanne has 25 years’ experience in a variety of sale roles, she is extremely customer focused and loves to see the end results after working on a project with her clients.

Aside from a great result in the garage market, the team from Tauranga have extensive experience in all facets of the construction of a wide range of buildings, including luxury homes, classrooms, office buildings, farm buildings, sleepouts and domestic garages.

Garry’s dealing with the council to get building consent was invaluable and his suggestions were very much appreciated. The builders were great, friendly and easy to get on with. They even turned up early one morning in the rain to finish off part of the building. Les’ management of the build was amazing. His communication, ability to solve any issues, attention to detail and calm manner was the finishing touch to the building process.
