Versatile Homes and Buildings North Canterbury is owned and operated by Alistair Macrae and Nicky Rowley.

Alistair and Nicky have been Versatile franchisees for over five years and they, along with their team, have an excellent understanding of their local market.

Prior to being a franchisee, Alistair was a Versatile Builder for 20 years.

They are on hand to assist you with your building requirements and can take care of all details, from initial site consultations and advice, to building consents and anything else you may require for your finished project.
