Kyle and Kerry have officially taken over as the new franchise owners of Versatile Bay of Islands (Kerikeri) in 2024. With over 25 years of experience in the building industry, they have established a strong reputation within the community and built a solid foundation of trust and expertise. Their journey began with a deep involvement in the Versatile brand, of which they have been a part for many years. Kyle's extensive background as a LBP qualified builder builder and project manager, combined with Kerry's expertise in the drainage, stormwater and water tank, wastewater industry, uniquely positions them to deliver exceptional construction services to the Bay of Islands.
Kyle and Kerry are passionate about creating high-quality homes and structures that meet the needs of their clients while upholding the values of honesty, integrity, transparency, and respect. As they step into this new role, they are excited to continue the legacy of Versatile in the region and contribute to the growing demand for residential and commercial development in Kerikeri.
