Versatile Whangarei has a small friendly team, made up of the owners – Steve Burns and Liz Galbraith, Sales Consultants – David Brunton (Homes) and Andrew Bourke (Garages and Farm Buildings) , and Office Administrator – Marlene. This is all backed up by a strong group of qualified contractors to complete the work.

Prior to owning the Whangarei franchise, Steve owned the West Auckland franchise from 2005 to 2012. Steve has also worked for Versatile Homes and Buildings in several different roles since 1998.

We have extensive local area knowledge and great working relationships with the relevant councils to make building easier.

We received the plans and spare set of keys via the post and it was a trigger for me to send this e-mail.

The services that you provided over and above what was expected and outside the scope of the actual build has gone a long way and very much appreciated.

Not to mention the fact that for the entire project the only thing we did have to decide on was the colour. With ourselves being a distance from the actual build you were able to complete it on time and with what seemed to us minimal effort. Your communication during the whole process exceeded what we expected and you had us informed the whole time.

To be able to travel North knowing that everything has been completed according to plan to us is an outstanding effort and many a headache less for us.

We are writing to thank Versatile Whangarei for your excellent work on our garage/sleepout project at Waipu. We were reassured throughout the process by consistently excellent communication and opportunities to participate in all of the fine decision-making.

Despite a tight timeline, and unkind spring weather, our building was completed on schedule and on budget

Versatile Whangarei has an excellent show yard with different buildings from sheds to garage/sleepouts to small homes. They look fantastic – as a potential customer, you always wonder if your finished product will be as good as these, but we found that our expectations were exceeded and we love our place at Waipu.

We also appreciated great touches of workmanship along the way. Good advice on points such as where to place windows and doors for views, and for best ventilation and access also made for an optimised final product.

One day, we will build our home at Waipu and we will certainly talk to Versatile first to see if we can tailor one of your many house designs to fit with our needs. Thank you to you and your excellent team, and we recommend you wholeheartedly to future customers.
