How our kitsets work

At Versatile we take care of every aspect of your garage, farm building, sleepout or carport build - from concept and consent through to completion. However, if you're suitably qualified and confident in your abilities, you may like to construct your new building yourself. 

Our kitsets are sold as a flatpack modular bundle with instructions for you to then assemble! You will be able to pick up your kitset from the closest yard, or we can arrange to get your kitset delivered to your site at a cost.

What is included in your kitset?

Your kitset comes with everything you need to construct your new building, including;

  • Colorsteel roofing and cladding
  • Necessary timber
  • Roofing underlay and sealant
  • Main & personal access doors (as shown)
  • Gutters & downpipes
  • Fixings - screws, rivets & bolts (excl. foundation fixings)
  • Locks & keys for all doors
  • Windows (as shown, unless otherwise specified)
  • Freight to a depot nearest to you
  • Flashings*
  • Kitset building instructions
