Versatile’s service met or exceeded my expectations from the outset.
I was also kept fully informed throughout the building process with errors/changes promptly addressed and dealt with. All tradespeople were courteous and helpful I was particularly impressed with the way you took 'ownership' when dealing with third parties (council, surveyor, drainage etc). Very easy to leave this to the client to organise however this was never the case.
I was also very pleased with both the design and quality of the build. The exterior matches the house perfectly and finish is excellent. I have completed a number of building projects over the years and realise how easy it is for things to go wrong and how much work needs to go on behind the scenes to achieve the perfect customer experience. With this build you achieved it and congratulations to the whole team for pulling it off.
One last observation - your total offering, based on price, service, communication and quality, is light years ahead of anything else I have experienced while completing my latest renovation. I’m not sure the secret of your success but sure wish you could share it with the rest of the industry not to mention the Telcos ! On second thought maybe you have every reason not to!
