At Springs Road our display buildings and office is open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm. Our three onside display homes - Carrington, Pembroke and Totara - are all open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm or other times by appointment.

Would we build with Versatile again, of course!
We walked into the Versatile show home and loved it of course but after explaining what we wanted to Damo all of a sudden it worked perfectly. He worked out the ideal house plan and even adjusted it to our subdivision covenant, and even let us go through a show home that was after hours since we were in the area and he was just finishing up. That service went a long way, we didn't even consider any other companies after that.
Once we had signed up, Damo ensured that any questions we had were answered and he made our first home build a terrific experience. All of a sudden we knew what a 'waffle' slab was, what a 'Concision' build looked like, and all along we were part of the building experience, with every weekend keeping up on the progress.
Kain led a great team and right from day one of the dig out told us our expected hand over date, and true to his word he was bang on to the very day! That made leaving our rental property a breeze to finalize dates so far ahead.
We love our new 'happily ever after' with so much passion and can't fault one thing about it. The experience was better than we imagined, and when people ask us if we would build with Versatile again, we answer of course! But why build your castle again when the happily ever after flows right through the front door and lingers through every single room. Thanks Versatile!

Kain sets a very high standard for himself and others working with him, he has always been punctual, courteous and and a pleasure to work with. Kain made the whole building process as stress free as possible for me and I was able to leave the country with confidence that he would oversee the build to the highest of standards.
On numerous occasions Kain went above and beyond the call of duty to help me settle into my new home and for this he has my sincere gratitude.
