• Consents
  We can liaise with your local Council and any other parties to help complete your consents and permissions.
• Site preparations
  Not only can we clear and excavate your site for your new building, but we can also demolish and remove your old garage.
• Construction
  Versatile's experienced builders are the professionals when it comes to garage construction. Versatile offers a 5-year guarantee on workmanship and materials.
• Kitsets
  These come complete in a self-contained pack, with instructions and all required fixings. Additional help is available through Versatile's 0800 Helpline.
• Services
  Arrangements for the inclusion of all utilities such as plumbing, drainage, electric power and phone can be handled on your behalf by Versatile.
• Finishing
  Versatile can make arrangements to include driveways and other landscaping to neatly fit your building into its environment.
