Versatile has 40 various home plans carefully designed with our customer in mind. These plans have been designed to maximise the effective use of available space. Please find below a range of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom plans and artist impressions.

Versatile has enlisted some heavyweight support to highlight its new range of homes, with New Zealand rugby legend Richie McCaw getting behind the brand – and choosing to build a Versatile home of his own.

“I’ve spent a bit of time looking at the company and working with the guys from Versatile,” says Richie McCaw. “And what has impressed me is that they deliver what they say they will – quality, stylish homes, at a price that makes them accessible to more Kiwis.”

Richie is currently selecting from one of 40 designs in the Versatile homes range, which he’ll commence building later in the year at an undisclosed South Island location.
