Versatile Buildings Morrinsville franchise area was formed and purchased by Chris and Paula Hipper in 2011. Chris and Paula also own and operate the Versatile Cambridge franchise, and have done since 2007.

Paula has been with Versatile for over 30 years, including managing a large Versatile Branch for 11 years prior to their purchase of the Cambridge franchise. Over this time Paula has developed a huge wealth of product knowledge, systems and how Versatile ticks.

Chris comes from 25 years of sales, marketing and management background and having also owned several smaller businesses.

Customer satisfaction and communication is certainly top-priority with Chris and Paula thus making the building process for the client stress-free.
