We engaged Graham’s services in August 2008, to get some progress with a build project we first started with a competitor some 6 months earlier. Graham’s team were almost the polar opposite of the previous builder’s attitude, in that they were engaged with our needs from the very beginning, and went out of their way to provide us with the home we wanted within the budget we had.
After a period of time, where Grahams’ team very ably dealt with the somewhat convoluted council process, we were able to build. At this point we began to appreciate the experience and professionalism that he would bring to the construction of our home. Graham’s choice of subcontractors was well chosen in each case, with the work being completed to spec, and on time. To watch the progress his builders made each day was truly awe inspiring: we could not have asked for a more dedicated builder.
We were consulted at each stage of the building process to ensure that decisions made aligned with our needs, and that the costs would be kept under control. Any minor issues that arose were dealt with promptly, and very satisfactorally. Graham was able to accommodate changes mid-way through the build and even managed to reduce costs in the process.
The end result was a home that was built to spec, on-time and within budget: the exact same things our previous builder had proved unable to do. To that end we are very grateful to Graham and his team, and are happy to provide this testimonial to that effect. We can happily give our recommendation of Graham’s skills and business ethics.
